O'Sullivan will play despite injured ankle
Ronnie O'Sullivan will play his UK Championship first round match on Thursday despite injuring his ankle while running.
O'Sullivan tweeted a picture of his swollen left ankle on Tuesday, with the caption "might be one-legged snooker on Thursday."
According to World Snooker's official website, the 38-year-old suffered the injury while out running near his Essex home.

Five-time world champion O'Sullivan is aiming for his fourth UK Championship title and will open against Daniel Wells in the first round on Thursday.
