Andy Murray has aimed another swipe at those who criticise him by taking to Twitter to laud the commentary for golf's Open Championship, while at the same time giving tennis pundits a dig by calling the observations "refreshing".

The world No. 4's attitude was slammed by former Great Britain Davis Cup coach John Lloyd in the wake of the Scot's semi-final defeat to Rafael Nadal at Wimbledon. However, Murray hit back by insisting he would not change anything and that he just needs to "try and get better".

Currently resting having inspired Great Britain to a Davis Cup win against Luxembourg earlier this month, Murray has been enjoying watching the Open Championship at Sandwich, which was won by Darren Clarke on Sunday.

And the 24-year-old Scot was full of praise for those leading the TV commentary, offering a clear jibe at those who talk about tennis when he wrote on Twitter: "Enjoying listening to the golf commentary, calm, positive, entertaining, insightful and no big egos ... Refreshing".

Meanwhile, Robin Soderling stayed at No. 5 in the latest rankings after winning his fourth tournament of the season with a straight-sets victory over David Ferrer in front of his home fans at the Swedish Open.

"It's always great to win and play well on home soil. I am very satisfied with the week and I'm proud of myself," he said. "I played really well from the first to the last point the whole week."
