Andy Murray's Australian Open campaign will not start until Tuesday after Monday's order of play was released by tournament organisers.

Murray was drawn to play American Ryan Harrison in Melbourne, as he bids to go one better than his past two efforts at the Australian Open, when he has twice lost in the final.

The British No. 1 will have to wait until Tuesday to ease out any pre-tournament nerves though, after it was confirmed the top half of the draw will not feature on Monday. That means Novak Djokovic, whom Murray can meet in the semi-finals, also faces a delay to his opening match.

There will be plenty of British interest though, with five other Brits all scheduled to feature on Monday. Heather Watson has the stand-out tie against world No. 3 Victoria Azarenka, and she will open the tournament at the Rod Laver Arena. That match takes place at midnight on Sunday British time.

Laura Robson also has a high profile opponent in former world No. 1 Jelena Jankovic, and she is fourth on the Margaret Court Arena. Court 11 will feature James Ward, Elena Balatcha and Anne Keothavong.

Other notable names to make an appearance on Monday include Kim Clijsters, Roger Federer and Caroline Wozniacki.
