Andy Murray has confirmed he will continue his Wimbledon preparations by playing twice at The Boodles exhibition event next week in Stoke.

Murray's grass-court season got off to a disappointing start as he crashed out in his opening match of the AEGON Championships at the hands of Nicolas Mahut on Wednesday.

Although the Scot said "there is no need for me to panic" following his shock exit at The Queen's Club, the world No. 4 did admit he needs more time to adjust to the grass before he attempts to become Britain's first man to lift the trophy at the All England Club since Fred Perry in 1936.

Murray, who has played at the Wimbledon warm-up tournament before, will play on Wednesday and Thursday at Stoke Park in Buckinghamshire in a bid to fine-tune his preparations ahead of Wimbledon, which starts on June 25.

He said: "I'm looking forward to playing The Boodles again to get some good matches on grasscourts before Wimbledon."
