Djokovic: I've got advantage over rivals
Djokovic beat Viktor Troicki 6-3 6-1 6-3 under the Centre Court roof on Monday, his victory taking just 90 minutes, to book a place in the quarter-finals.
Meanwhile Murray, who played on the roofless Court One, could only complete one set against Marin Cilic before being forced off due to rain. He will attempt to complete the match on Tuesday - but the forecast is once again poor, meaning he could face a gruelling schedule in the coming days in his bid for a maiden grand slam title.
Djokovic, on the other hand, has a free day on Tuesday and will have the chance to rest his weary limbs. Organisers have come under heavy fire for not putting home hope Murray on Centre Court, and Djokovic's comments will not settle the storm.
"I was happy that I was on the Centre Court because of the weather conditions," Djokovic said. "It is a relief to finish the match on time. Obviously it's good for me to finish and to have a day of practice to get ready for the next challenge.
"I actually thought when I finished that they will put one match to finish or to start on the Centre Court because they had another three hours. But they explained that they couldn't because it would be too much trouble with organising the crowds going out from the Centre Court and the new crowd coming in."
