Clijsters and Davydenko out of French Open

Kim Clijsters has pulled out of the French Open because of a foot injury, while Nikolay Davydenko has also been ruled out by a wrist complaint.
Clijsters tore a ligament on the bottom of her foot during Belgium's Fed Cup match against Estonia in April.
The news will come as a bitterly disappointing blow for the world No. 10, who has two WTA titles to her name this year.
World No. 6 Davydenko's withdrawal is another high-profile loss in the men's field, which is already missing Juan Martin Del Potro.
Davydenko has not played since pulling out of the BNP Paribas Open at the second-round stage in early March.
The French Open begins on May 23rd at Roland Garros.
