Smith aware of battles ahead

Leon Smith has insisted Great Britain will not get ahead of themselves after avoiding relegation to the bottom tier of Davis Cup with a win over Turkey.
In his first game at the helm, Smith had an ideal start as the doubles win of Colin Fleming and Ken Skupski secured Britain an unassailable 3-0 advantage.
The victory snapped a five-game losing streak and allows Smith to plan for the future with a degree of confidence, but he is aware it cannot paper over the cracks.
"The feeling of losing five in a row was not great so it's one step in the right direction - but it's only one, and we realise that," Smith said. "It's not a question of getting carried away.
"The guys have done a great job here but what we're all focused on, the way the spirit is on the court and on the bench, is that everyone's really united in trying to improve things in the men's game. Everyone's in this together and that's the way we want to keep it."
