Murray brothers win maiden title together in Spain

British brothers Andy and Jamie Murray won their first ATP Tour title together after sealing a dramatic 7-6(8) 5-7 10-7 triumph over Mahesh Bhupathi and Max Mirnyi in the doubles final at the Valencia Open.
The win is Andy Murray's first ATP Tour doubles title, but brother Jamie's fourth, but the pair had previously reached finals in Bangkok and Valencia.
The win comes just days after Andy Murray's shock defeat to Juan Monaco in the singles draw where the world No. 4 was the defending champion.
"It's a massive result that will propel me up the rankings," said Jamie, currently ranked No. 91 in the ATP doubles rankings. "We played really well all week and had a lot of fun on the court together," Jamie told Andy's official website. "Andy played brilliantly and I hope he carries it into Paris."
