Rampage isn't taking Jon Jones seriously - Rashad

Rashad Evans has become the latest fighter to take a pop at Rampage Jackson's attitude, insisting he is not taking his career seriously.

Jackson's dedication has been questioned ever since he took time out of the sport to play a lead role in the A-Team movie. His case was not helped by a lacklustre defeat to Evans upon his return to the Octagon.

However, those closest to Rampage - such as Michael Bisping, insist nothing has disappeared from the former light-heavyweight champion. Jackson has never been a fan of training, but he zoned in for his latest fight with Matt Hamill and delivered a dominant three-round performance.

That has not stopped his detractors though. Jon Jones, Rampage's opponent in the UFC 135 main event which sees the 205lb belt on the line, has questioned whether Jackson's passion is "suffering". Now Evans has waded in, claiming Rampage doesn't care about his MMA career anymore.

"I think it's going to be Jon Jones," Evans predicted when talking to MMA Weekly. "I would like to see Rampage catch him with something, but I honestly believe Rampage is not doing what he needs to do, and he's not going to do what he needs to do to win the title.

"He really needs to go and take things seriously. If he took things seriously, I think he might be able to do something, but he ain't trying to take nothing serious."
