Jorge Rivera will now fight Constantinos Philippou at UFC 133, after scheduled opponent Alessio Sakara was forced to withdraw through injury.

Sakara suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in training, forcing an arranged meeting with the American to be cancelled for the third time. They were due to meet first of all at UFC 118, but on that occasion Rivera was sidelined through injury.

As a result the middleweight match-up was moved to UFC 122, but an illness to Sakara once again prevented the two getting in the Octagon together.

The UFC has now replaced Sakara with Philippou, who was pencilled in to fight Rafael Natal on the same card in Philadelphia. Natal will fight Paul Bradley.

UFC 133 takes place at Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center on August 6.
