Michael Bisping expects to a get a UFC middleweight title shot "real soon", warning Anderson Silva that he has not cleared out the 185lb division.

Bisping's charge towards the seemingly invincible Brazilian was put on hold when he accepted a role as coach on season 14 of The Ultimate Fighter. He will now fight Jason Mayhem Miller in December.

The Brit has been vocal in recent days about his belief that Chael Sonnen, who narrowly lost to Silva at UFC 117, should not be above him in the pecking order for a championship crack. And now Bisping admits he gets even more frustrated when Silva is said to have cleared out the division, insisting that will never be the case until the pair meet.

"I do get frustrated when I hear people say that Anderson Silva's wiped out the middleweight division," Bisping said. "He hasn't wiped out the middleweight division, he hasn't fought me yet. I feel I match up very well with him.

"I'm not disrespecting Anderson. Anderson rightly so is regarded as the pound for pound best in the world, and I'm a big fan of him. But I feel like I'd give him a good fight and I feel I match up a lot better with him than a lot of the other fighters he's faced."

As for rival coach Miller, Bisping revealed he has little time for him but believes Miller does have a big enough name to propel him towards a title shot.

"I find him very, very annoying and I know people on The Ultimate Fighter did and I was no different," Bisping said. "During the show I hated him and the end of the show I hated him and on December 3, I'm going to kick his *** so it's all good.

"He tries to wind me up a few times on the show as you'll see. They were all very, very, very feeble attempts, his mouth is definitely bigger than his brain. He tried a few things, you'll see, they were very childish, and easy to overcome and get one over on him. So, yeah he didn't wind me up to that extent.

"Maybe beating Miller is the guy. I mean I've got a decent streak, I've only been beaten once at middleweight, I've been around the UFC for a long time, I've beaten tough guys consistently for a long time. I feel like I'm going to get a title shot real, real soon."
