Bisping a 'good opportunity' for Anderson Silva - Soares

Anderson Silva's manager, Ed Soares, has described Michael Bisping as a "good opportunity" for a future fight with the UFC middleweight champion.

Silva is currently trying to plot his future. The Brazilian does not seem keen on a rematch with Chael Sonnen, with Soares revealing the champion "just feels that he doesn't deserve it yet."

Talk of Dan Henderson also does not interest Silva, having beaten the veteran Greco Roman wrestler in the past. So there appear to be few other options available to the 185lb king.

One possibility could be England's own Michael Bisping, who is currently on a three-fight win streak, which he hopes to make four against Jason Miller in December. Soares admits he had not really considered Bisping, but he spoke of the Brit in far more positive terms than he did of Sonnen.

"I'll be honest with you: I never even really thought of Bisping too much," Soares said on Sherdog Radio Network's Rewind show. "Not that I didn't respect him as a fighter - I do.

"It was just that it didn't cross my mind because there's so many things happening all the time. People talk about Chael and Brian Stann, and sometimes people are focused on the TUF show.

"But I think Bisping could be a good opportunity. GSP (Georges St-Pierre) could be a good opportunity. There's a lot of great opportunities."
