Dana White has confessed it is unlikely Paul Daley will return to the UFC, admitting on Saturday: "I'm not a fan".

White was quizzed about Daley at the UFC 138 post-fight press conference in Birmingham, the home town of Daley. The British fighter was axed from the UFC in 2010 after a post-fight punch on Josh Koscheck.

Since then Daley has been involved in some explosive fights, namely the round of the year against Nick Diaz, and he is 6-2 in his last eight bouts. Always entertaining, the calls for Daley's return will always dog White.

However, the president once said Daley will never fight for the UFC again, and it seems he is sticking to his guns.

"It's not like Daley's been so friendly since that happened," White said. "I'm not a fan, to be honest.

"We'll see what happens with [the Strikeforce-Showtime deal] first. I just have a hard time with what Daley did."
