Condit and Koscheck on collision course - White

Carlos Condit will have to get through Josh Koscheck in order to regain his No. 1 contender status in the UFC welterweight division, Dana White revealed on Saturday.

Although not officially confirmed, White told reporters at the UFC 138 press conference that Koscheck had offered to fight Condit, and that the bout "looks like it will happen."

White had confirmed that Condit would likely be on the same card as Georges St-Pierre v Nick Diaz at UFC 143, which takes place on Super Bowl weekend on February 4.

Koscheck later posted on his Twitter account: "Yep, when I talk..... i get... Feb 4th weekend Vegas. I will be fighting!!!!!!!!!!! Thx you DW!"

Koscheck had already previously offered to fight Condit when St-Pierre pulled out of UFC 137. At the time, Condit was held back for GSP's return, only to then see his title shot handed to Diaz.
