Heavy-handed Henderson beats Shogun - Bisping

Dan Henderson has been tipped to defeat Mauricio Shogun Rua this weekend, by a man who knows what it feels like to be knocked out by the 41-year-old.

Michael Bisping suffered one of the great highlight reel knockouts when he lost to Henderson at UFC 100, one of only two defeats the Brit has suffered in his last nine outings.

Henderson now has his eye on the UFC light-heavyweight title, knowing victory could earn him a shot at Jon Jones. The veteran has his work cut out against former UFC champion Shogun Rua, but Bisping points to Henderson's recent catalogue of good work.

"Everyone knows what happened with me and Henderson!" quipped the Brit to MiddleEasy. "So I always root for Henderson because it makes me look better. It redeems me slightly if he continues to knock people out!

"That aside, I'd go with Henderson in this fight. He knocked out Fedor [Emelianenko], he knocked out Babalu, he's knocking out everyone other than that night with Jake Shields. I'm not sure what went on there.

"That said, you can never rule out Shogun. The guy's a beast. It's going to be a great fight, but I'm leaning towards Henderson."
