Lesnar calls 'bulls**t' on suggestion he has no chin

Brock Lesnar has issued an angry response to the suggestion that he cannot take a punch, insisting that he has proved his chin is up to the task.

Lesnar is preparing to take on Alistair Overeem at UFC 141, where his chin will once again get put to the test by the world class kickboxer. The winner of the bout books a shot at heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos.

In the past Lesnar has been dropped and badly hurt by Shane Carwin and Cain Velasquez, and even the always-respectful Randy Couture admitted: "Brock hasn't made friends with being hit in the face yet."

Lesnar insists his chin is not the problem though. The former WWE star believes it is merely a case of learning how to respond in times of adversity.

"I think it's a bunch of bulls**t," Lesnar said to Sports Illustrated. "The fights that I've gotten hit, I've stood and banged with Heath Herring, Randy Couture, Frank Mir, I've taken a lot of shots.

"I mean, Shane Carwin... And I've yet to be knocked out. I had refs stop a fight for a submission and a TKO, which is a referee stoppage. I've never been knocked out cold."
