The UFC has added yet another English fighter to its ranks with the capture of undefeated lightweight Paul Sass.

After capturing Rob Broughton, Kurt Warburton and Tom Blackledge last week, the UFC has moved to tie Liverpudlian Sass to a four-fight contract, according to Fighters Only Magazine. Sass swells Britain's already-powerful 155lb representation, alongside Ross Pearson, Andre Winner, Paul Kelly, Paul Taylor and Terry Etim.

Boasting 10 victories from as many MMA fights, the 21-year-old has developed a lethal reputation for his triangle submission capabilities, with which he currently holds a world record seven successive victories via triangle.

Sass joins fellow Liverpudlians Kelly and Etim at the Team Kaobon gym, which is fast becoming one of the strongest MMA stables in the country. Nine of his victories have come via submission so far in his career, but his stand-up will improve beyond all recognition under the guidance of stand-up coach Colin Heron.

Nicknamed "Sassangle" against his better judgement, Sass is expected to make his debut in October when the UFC next stages an event on English shores.
