Williams confirms Jerez presence
Williams has confirmed it will be present at the first pre-season test at Jerez at the end of January.
After Lotus announced it would be skipping the opening test to do more development work on its new car - the E22 - team principal Eric Boullier claimed "we will not be the only team not being in Jerez, I know this for a fact already."
However, since then McLaren has confirmed its launch date of January 24 and both Mercedes and Caterham have said they will be present in Spain, rolling their respective cars out on the first day. Now Williams has also confirmed via its Twitter account that it will be attending as it starts building its FW36 this week.

In 2013, Williams opted to run its old car at the first test before a later launch, but then endured one of the worst seasons in its history as it scored a total of just five points.
