Drivers penalised for blocking
Sebastien Buemi and Timo Glock have both been handed grid penalties for separate blocking incidents during qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix.
Buemi was penalised for blocking Nico Rosberg and Glock for blocking Yamamoto but the punishments meted out differed in severity.
Neither Rosberg nor Mercedes team-mate Michael Schumacher made it out of Q2 and Schumacher was heard complaining about the traffic over the pit-to-car radio.
Buemi will drop three places on the grid as a result of his penalty but Glock was handed a heavier punishment of a five place demotion for blocking HRT's Sakon Yamamoto during Q1.
The punishment will come as bad news for the German, who got his Virgin team through to Q2 for only the second time this season as rain aided his cause.
Elsewhere, stewards fined Lotus driver Jarno Trulli 4,400 euros for speeding in the pitlane.
