Manny Pacquiao admits he has prepared for a bloody contest when he meets Juan Manuel Marquez for a third time on November 12.

Pacquiao v Marquez has already thrown up two classics, with the Filipino fighter taking the second bout after the first meeting was rendered a draw. On both occasions Marquez claimed he won, so their forthcoming bout in Las Vegas is expected to end the debate.

Pacquiao has won his last 14 encounters and is destroying sparring partners according to advisor Michael Koncz. However, the 32-year-old pugilist is refusing to rule out the threat of Marquez come November 12.

"I have something to prove in this fight. I expect Marquez to be faster and stronger than the last time we fought," Pacquiao said. "He is the ultimate competitor.

"I am prepared to go another brutal 12 rounds just like the previous two fights. There will be a lot of action in this fight. We both have a lot of pride when we enter the ring representing our countries, fighting for the honour of our nations."

Pacquiao does, however, believe that he now possesses a weapon that Marquez will not be able to handle. He claims he only had a left hand in the pair's last meeting, but this time Marquez will be ambushed from all angles.

"I want to end all the questions he has raised about who won our past fights and who the better fighter is," Pacquiao said. "The years between each fight have made it more interesting. Which of us has improved more?

"I have improved a lot. I am a more complete fighter than when we fought previously. I am now a two-fisted fighter. My right is as potent, as powerful and as dangerous as my left. I have as much confidence in my right as I do in my left.

"Another difference between Marquez and me is that since our second fight, I have challenged bigger opponents with a lot more success than he has. This will be an exciting fight because our styles make for exciting fights. He likes to fight toe-to-toe as I do. We both like action and to engage our opponents."
