- Manny Pacquiao v Juan Manuel Marquez
Pacquiao riled by Marquez 'whining'

Manny Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum claims that Juan Manuel Marquez's "whining" is acting as motivation for Pacquiao ahead of their November 12 battle.
Marquez and Pacquiao have met twice before, in 2004 and 2008, with the first fight ending in a draw and the second a majority decision in Pacquiao's favour. Marquez reckons he should have been awarded the victory in both, and has pushed for the chance to prove definitively that he is superior.
He has been granted his wish - but Arum says Marquez needs to let the matter drop, and shift his focus to the present.
"I think it's very personal for Manny because both fights were so close and I think the whining after the second fight didn't do Marquez any good," Arum told boxingscene.com.
"Really the [third] fight was going to happen now anyway. In other words, it was senseless. All it did was make Marquez, who is a nice guy, look like a sore loser."
