- Manny Pacquiao v Juan Manuel Marquez
Marquez quit threat after Pacquiao 'robbery'

Juan Manuel Marquez is considering his future in the sport following his defeat to Manny Pacquiao, a result described as a "robbery" by the Mexican's trainer.
Pacquiao was awarded a contentious points decision following 12 brutal rounds at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The Marquez supporters in the crowd were not happy with the result, but many observers felt it was a fight that could have gone either way - with the champion retaining his WBO welterweight belt following a 114-114, 115-113, 116-112 decision by the judges.
Promoter Bob Arum immediately made it clear that he would press for a rematch, which would be the fourth meeting between the pair, but Marquez will sit down with his family and dissect the result before committing himself.
"I might as well retire," a frustrated Marquez said. "I could knock him down and they would pick him up and give him the decision."
Nacho Bernstein, Marquez's trainer, did not pull any punches in his assessment of the outcome.
"It's a joke for boxing when we get these kind of decisions," Bernstein said. "We won with clearer punches; we won again.
"This is the second robbery in two fights and this is the worst."
