Dereck Chisora's defence of his British heavyweight title against Tyson Fury has been confirmed for July 23.

Chisora, whose last fight came almost 12 months ago in a victory over Sam Sexton to retain his title, will face the undefeated Fury at Wembley Arena.

Chisora also has not been beaten in his 14 fights as a professional, although he has not fought since last August after seeing two bouts with Wladimir Klitschko - David Haye's opponent on July 2 - called off due to the Ukrainian's injury concerns.

Fury is hoping to capitalise on any rustiness that might be present when the two come face-to-face.

"Chisora's talked the talk and now he needs to walk the walk. I'm good to go," 23-year-old Fury said. "Let's see if he is man enough to get in the ring with a dangerous, young, live opponent for the first time."

Chisora was crowned British champion in May 2010 after he dropped Danny Williams in the second round at Upton Park.
