Raikkonen and Ricciardo hit with grid penalties
Both drivers were penalised for not restarting Q2 in the fast lane of the pits following the red flag for Felipe Massa's accident. The cars formed a disorderly queue at the end of the pit lane in an attempt to try to rejoin the track as far forward as possible and secure a clean lap with just two minutes remaining in the session.
Raikkonen and Ricciardo were deemed to have queued in the wrong place (to the left of the fast lane of the pits and in the area where practice starts are made) and have been given two-place grid penalties as a result.
However, because Raikkonen was penalised first, his penalty is enforced first dropping him 11th but he is then promoted to 10th when Ricciardo's penalty is implemented. Meanwhile, Ricciardo moves up to ninth when Raikkonen's penalty is enforced but the drops to 11th when his own two-place penalty is added.
In short, Nico Hulkenberg moves up two places while Raikkonen and Ricciardo drop one place.
