Rosberg invites Vettel to Mercedes debrief
At the press conference for the podium finishers, Vettel poked fun at Rosberg's claim he wanted to see the field close up after Mercedes finished half a minute ahead of his Ferrari, suggesting Mercedes opens up its garage to the public in Malaysia. It preceded Vettel's former Red Bull boss Christian Horner calling for equalisation in the sport.
On Tuesday Rosberg took to Twitter to formally invite fellow countryman Vettel to the team's Sepang debrief.
i spoke to Toto and Paddy about an invitation for Sebastian and they are easy with it.— Nico Rosberg (@nico_rosberg) March 17, 2015
Dear Seb, this is the official invitation to join our debrief Friday 16.00 at Sepang. See you there, don't forget your notebook! :)— Nico Rosberg (@nico_rosberg) March 17, 2015
Though clearly a tongue-in-cheek offer, Vettel is one of the few F1 drivers without a Twitter account so Rosberg may need to think about another way to invite to the four-time world champion.
