Wilshere returns for Arsenal, Mata starts for Chelsea
Arsene Wenger has made eight changes for Arsenal's League Cup tie with Chelsea, while Chelsea have made ten changes from Sunday's win over Manchester City.
Jack Wilshere comes back into the fold for the Gunners, alongside Aaron Ramsey and Santi Cazorla. Nicklas Bendtner is handed his second successive cup start.
Mikel Arteta does not feature because of suspension, while Mathieu Flamini was been ruled out through injury.
Meanwhile, Fernando Torres drops to the bench for Chelsea as Samuel Eto'o leads the line for Mourinho's side, while Juan Mata and Michael Essien also feature.
