Di Maria is happy at United, says wife Jorgelina
Angel Di Maria's wife has taken to Instagram to deny reports that the midfielder is unhappy at Manchester United.
Di Maria, 26, moved to Old Trafford from Real Madrid for a club-record £59.7 million this summer, scoring three goals and making five more in nine Premier League appearances.
Cristiano Ronaldo was openly critical of the Champions League holders for letting Di Maria leave the the Liga club, and media reports in Spain have suggested that Carlo Ancelotti is considering letting Gareth Bale move to United in a swap deal to bring the Argentine back.
Former United midfielder Paul Scholes recently claimed that Di Maria is not in "the same happy mood" he displayed in Madrid, but Jorgelina Cardoso has dismissed the rumours, posting a picture of her husband's successes at Old Trafford.
Alongside it, she wrote: "You are free to think whatever you want, but in fact, Angel is absolutely happy of being in Manchester United."
