Mancini quashes talk of Adebayor loan move

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has ruled out the prospect of striker Emmanuel Adebayor being allowed to leave the club on loan in January.
Adebayor, a £25 million signing from Arsenal in July 2009, has started just two Premier League games this season after falling behind Carlos Tevez in the pecking order.
The 26-year-old is rumoured to be one of a number of Mancini's players agitating for a move to another club due to frustration over a lack of first-team opportunities.
He appeared to be on his way out of City earlier in the week after suggesting that Juventus had agreed a deal to sign him on loan - but Mancini has now poured scorn on this talk.
"No, in this moment I don't see it - if we let one player [go] then we must get one player in," Mancini said. "This is difficult. Emmanuel must continue to work, and if he has a chance to play then he must play well."
