Dalglish unsure on transfer plans

Kenny Dalglish claims he is in the dark about potential January additions to his Liverpool squad.
Dalglish's second coming at Anfield has got off to an underwhelming start, with a defeat to Manchester United in the FA Cup followed by a loss to Blackpool in the Premier League.
Charlie Adam masterminded Blackpool's win on Wednesday night, dominating the midfield trenches, and he has been linked with a move to Liverpool.
Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is determined to hold on to Adam, who is also a target for Aston Villa, and it remains to be seen if an offer comes in from Liverpool as Dalglish claims he has had no discussions about transfer funds.
"I have never asked," Dalglish said. "I have not spoken to Damien [Comolli, Liverpool's director of football strategy] or the owners about finance or new players. I came in and the players here looked to be good enough to me.
"Whether something transpires in that area remains to be seen, but I have had no conversations about it."
