Radio ban won't hurt me more - Rosberg

Nico Rosberg is not concerned the ban on certain team radio instructions will hurt him more than any other driver on the grid.
From the Singapore Grand Prix onwards, the FIA is hoping to put the driving back in the hands of the drivers by making certain radio traffic illegal. Rosberg's team radio has often been broadcast this season, offering an insight into the depth of the instructions he likes to receive.
He believes up to 80% of the previous instructions given to him will be banned under the new rgulation, but he does not think it will harm his chances more than Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton.
"Not at all," he said, "because I don't think it will be a particular problem for me. I'm positive about it and I really think it's a good direction."
However, he admitted he is not entirely sure how big an influence it would have on his racing.
"I don't know how it's going to impact, but what's definitely the case is that it's a challenge. They can only tell me 20% of what they used to tell me, so it's going to be a big challenge and I like challenges in general. Before it was good, but also the general trend to have purer racing is good because there is always a risk of overcomplicating things a bit too much, especially for the fans watching on TV. It's already difficult for them to understand the sport with strategy and things like that, but I think it's a good direction to simplify and I'm all for it.
"I will do my best to seize the moment and try and do good job with it. I spent a day in the simulator the other day preparing for it and it's a lot. Imagine that before they used to talk constantly on the formation lap and now it's zero. It's a big change."
