Robson begins reign as British No. 1

Laura Robson has risen to No. 74 in the latest WTA rankings as a result of her performance at the US Open - replacing Heather Watson as Britain's No. 1.
Robson, 18, defeated Kim Clijsters and Li Na on the way to the last 16 of the tournament at Flushing Meadows and, as a result, has moved one berth ahead of Watson in the latest rankings.
Anne Keothavong is now 80th in the world, with Elena Baltacha down in 141st.
Victoria Azarenka, who eventually finished runner-up to Serena Williams at the event in New York, remains top of the rankings - with the American staying fourth despite her latest major crown.
Robson continued her good form in China on Monday, with a first round victory over Spain's Maria-Teresa Torro-Flor at the Guangzhou International Open.
