Aravane Rezai claimed her second title of the year, beating Gisela Dulko 6-3 4-6 6-4 to win the Swedish Open in Bastad.

Rezai, who had never beaten Dulko in their previous two meetings, put a disappointing Wimbledon showing behind to rediscover the form that saw her beat Venus Williams in Madrid.

After a flawless performance in the opening set in which she lost just five points on her serve, Rezai's serve deteriorated, and Dulko grabbed her chance, winning the second set to claw her way back into the match.

But despite nine double faults, Rezai dug deep and edged a nervy final set to wrap up victory after two hours and 17 minutes on court for her fourth WTA Tour title.

Meanwhile, at the GDF Suez Grand Prix in Budapest, No. 7 seed Agnes Szavay beat second seed Alexandra Dulgheru 6-1 5-7 7-5 to move into Sunday's final.

Szavay will meet Patty Schnyder after the American battled to a 6-2 4-6 6-3 win over Zuzana Ondraskova.
