Alguersuari surprised to be left off FIA entry list
Jaime Alguersuari's management say they are surprised to see that he was not included on the FIA's official entry list as Toro Rosso's second driver for 2010.
Alguersuari competed in the last eight races of the 2009 season after he replaced Sebastien Bourdais at the team. He has claimed on a number of occasions that he has a contract with Toro Rosso and recently said he signed it two months ago.
An official announcement has yet to come from Toro Rosso but his management has said there is no doubt about his place at the team next year.
"Jaime's contract has been signed and renewed for next season so this is very surprising news," his management said to the AP news agency. "Jaime is, as we speak, undergoing physical and psychological training with the Red Bull team in Austria in preparation for the upcoming season."
