Hathaway to fight Krauss at UFC 138 in the UK

John Hathaway has revealed he will appear on the UFC 138 card in Birmingham, against unbeaten welterweight Pascal Krauss.

Hathaway is coming off a decision victory over Kris McCray, which extended his record to 15-1. However, his last appearance in England resulted in defeat to Mike Pyle at UFC 120.

Krauss already has one English scalp to his name after he beat Mark Scanlon on UFC debut. The German took home Fight of the Night honours for his efforts in that bout.

The well-rounded 24-year-old will provide a difficult test for Hathaway, who is looking to regain the type of momentum that saw him defeat Diego Sanchez.

UFC 138 is headlined by Chris Leben v Mark Munoz, and also features Brad Pickett, Renen Barao, Thiago Alves, Paul Taylor and Terry Etim.
