New opponent for Hathaway as Brown steps in
Rising British start John Hathaway will now fight Matt Brown at UFC 138, after original opponent Pascal Krauss was forced to withdraw due to injury.
Brown steps in after Krauss was sidelined with a shoulder injury, as he looks to continue his revival after ending a three-fight losing run against John Howard at UFC Live 4.
The American has fought once before in England, when he defeated TUF9 winner James Wilks by TKO at UFC 105.
Hathaway, 24, is a rising star of the welterweight division - having got his career back on track with a victory over Kris McCray in March to bring his professional record to 15 wins and one defeat.
UFC 138 takes place at Birmingham's LG Arena on November 5. It is headlined by the middleweight clash between Chris Leben and Mark Munoz.
