Rampage Jackson received a rapturous reception as he comfortably made the weight ahead of his UFC swansong at UFC on Fox 6.

The former UFC light-heavyweight champion hardly resembled the fighter that failed to make the weight ahead of his defeat to Ryan Bader at UFC 144 in February 2012.

Weighing in at 204 pounds, 2lbs lighter than Glover Teixeira, Jackson then shouted in the face of his opponent as the Brazilian held his tongue. Jackson, who is set to leave the UFC following this weekend's event in Chicago, has expressed his desire to fight on UK soil in the future.

The only fighter who came close to not making the weight was Clay Guida, who needed to remove his socks and jewellery before weighing in at 146lbs on his debut at featherweight.
