UFC president Dana White has cut Britain's Paul Daley after his moment of madness at UFC 113 on Saturday.

Daley was well beaten by Josh Koscheck in a welterweight contest that had plenty riding on it, with a title shot and a lucrative coaching role on TUF 12 at stake. With emotions high, Koscheck taunted his foe as timed ticked down towards an American victory, and Daley responded in ugly manner after the final bell.

Rising to his feet, the Team Rough House fighter clubbed Koscheck from behind, damaging the AKA man's eye. Now White insists the Briton will never fight in the UFC again.

"He's done. I don't give a s**t if he's the best 170-pounder in the world. He'll never come back here again," White stated in the post-fight press conference. "I'm probably the most lenient guy in sports. And this is probably one of the most lenient organizations. We're all human, we all mistakes, things happen. There's no excuse for that.

"These guys are professional athletes. You don't ever hit a guy blatantly after the bell like that whether you're frustrated or not. It was probably one of the dumbest things I've ever seen.

"I don't care if he fights in every show all over the world and becomes the best and everybody thinks he's the pound-for-pound best in the world. He will never fight in the UFC ever again."

Meanwhile, Koscheck has accused the Daley camp of 'cheating', claiming his rival was clearly oiled up in an attempt to prevent the takedowns.

"I was talking to him in his ear a little bit, letting him know some of the things he said on the Countdown show weren't very polite. He didn't take too kindly to it," he told MMA Fighting.

"He started eye-gouging me. The guy's a blatant cheater, he had oil all over him, but I stuck to my game plan which was to go back to the old school wrestling. I could smell the oil from the beginning."
