Nogueira hints at major opponent at UFC Rio

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira has hinted that he could be heading for a mega heavyweight showdown at UFC Rio after admitting he expects to be part of the co-main event.
Nogueira is adamant he will be fighting in his native Brazil on August 27, but he is yet to be handed an opponent. UFC 134 is headlined by Anderson Silva's middleweight title defence against Yushin Okami.
The current co-main event looks likely to be Mauricio Shogun Rua's comeback following defeat to Jon Jones, and the former 205lb champion is preparing for a rematch with Forrest Griffin.
However, Nogueira claims he expects to be part of the co-main event, which would suggest he anticipates an opponent worthy of the billing.
"The biggest MMA promotion in the world will be back in Brazil after 14 years and I'll be there, steady and strong," he told Globo Esporte.
"Anderson Silva will fight in the main event and I'm looking forward to fighting in the co-main event."
