For the extended interview with Rampage, who will discuss Michael Bisping, Chael Sonnen and his thoughts on boring fights, don't miss the next ESPN UFC Podcast on Tuesday

Quinton Rampage Jackson has told ESPN that too much is being made of his recent quotes regarding a movie career, insisting the only plan that is set in stone is that he will not fight past the age of 35.

Jackson was recently quoted as saying he could be lured away from the UFC as soon as he gets another big movie role. The former light-heavyweight champion has already played a lead role in blockbuster movie The A-Team.

However, Rampage is tired of observers questioning his motivation for the forthcoming showdown with Matt Hamill at UFC 130, insisting he trains to fight - pure and simple. Even the promotion of his forthcoming bout to main event status does not mean anything to Jackson.

"I don't care either way. It doesn't bother me. It doesn't change the outcome of the fight or the way I train or anything," he told the ESPN UFC Podcast.

"Matt Hamill's a tough guy with good wrestling, and he moves forward. So hopefully it'll be an exciting fight. That's the most important thing to me. Styles make fights. I'm just gonna concentrate on my game and be exciting."

Elaborating on his plan for the future Rampage, who turns 33 this year, would only reveal that he only has two years of fighting left in him.

"I've always said I'll retire when I'm 35. I don't want to fight past 35. There are young guys coming in and doing good. I've been fighting for a long time and it's no secret that I don't fight the same way I used to.

"I've got a lot of injuries, one or two things that bother me. But when I'm fighting, the injuries don't bother me, it's the training that gets old. Going through each camp I go through all these pains and think, 'Man I don't want to do this anymore'. But after the fight I say, 'OK, I'll give it one more'. So who knows?

"But at 35 I'm done."
