Rubens Barrichello insists it is 100% certain that he will be retained at Williams in 2011, but said an announcement is being stalled due to ongoing negotiations with team-mate Nico Hulkenberg.

Barrichello leads his rookie team-mate by 15 points in the drivers' championship and has been widely credited for playing a part in Williams' resurgence in the second half of the year. He said his position in the 2011 line-up was a certainty but revealed Hulkenberg was still in negotiations.

"On my side I think it was an easier decision," Barrichello told Brazil's Globe Esporte. "They [Williams] are waiting. I think they are analysing the Nico Hulkenberg situation in order to do it [an announcement] together for next season.

"My part is done, all that is left is the papers to make it confirmed. That I will be with Williams in 2011 is 100%."
