Fury may feel board's wrath after fresh Price blast

The British Boxing Board of Control could be set to come down hard on Tyson Fury after he launched another verbal volley at David Price.

Fury hurled insults at fellow British heavyweight Price during a television interview on Saturday, after Price blew away Audley Harrison inside 90 seconds.

Price then accused Fury of not wanting to fight him - Fury chose to vacate the British title earlier this year when it seemed he was destined to face Price - which caused Fury to continue his onslaught.

"I'm going to smash your face in, you ****house Scouse ****. I look in your eyes and see fear! I'll take your soul and give it to the devil," Fury tweeted.

Robert Smith, general secretary of the BBBoC, has revealed that Fury's comments will be examined by the organisation.

"I'm very disappointed by this. I've already spoken to the chairman [Charles Giles] about it this morning," Smith said. "I'm seeing him at an event tonight [Monday] and we'll discuss it again then."

Fury could be suspended or fined if the BBBoC decide to punish him.
