Steve Bunce: Complacency could floor Froch

Carl Froch has set the bar high for himself by vowing to complete a shutout win when he meets Glen Johnson for the WBC super-middleweight title on Saturday night.

The Brit will land himself in a unification clash with WBA king Andre Ward in November if he can get the better of Johnson, a 42-year-old former world champion at light-heavyweight.

And Froch believes that a victory over Johnson would also leave him on the cusp of overtaking Manny Pacquiao as boxing's pound-for-pound king.

"Not only would I have won the WBA and WBC super-middleweight titles, I would be probably pound-for-pound ranking world champion," he told Sky Sports News. "That's what this is going to do for me. That's the incentive. Johnson on Saturday night - I'll be honest, I'm not worried about him.

"He's not only not going to win the fight, he's not even going to win a round. I'm too young and fresh for him. From round one, I will dominate."
