Fulham striker Diomansy Kamara has joined Celtic on a six-month loan with an option for a permanent deal.
Kamara, 29, had played under Celtic boss Tony Mowbray at West Brom and moves to Parkhead hoping for regular first-team football after finding opportunities limited at Fulham.
Kamara told Celtic's official website: "I'm delighted to sign for Celtic and I am very much looking forward to joining up with the manager and my new team-mates. Celtic is a magnificent football club. I will be looking to do my very best to contribute and bring the supporters success and hopefully enjoy a long future with the club."
Kamara is followed through the exit door by Toni Kallio, who has made the switch to Sheffield United on loan.
Celtic have also announced the signing of 18-year-old Paul Slane from Motherwell on a four-year deal, in addition to Netherlands defender Edson Braafheid who joins on loan from Bayern Munich until the end of the season.
Meanwhile, Roma striker Stefano Okaka has finalised his six-month loan switch to Fulham.
Roy Hodgson had stated on Friday that Okaka was undergoing a medical with Fulham and the Italy Under-21 international took part in training with the club on Monday morning.
After completing the switch, Okaka said: "I have been with Roma for five years. I have grown thanks to the advice of my team-mates, but to have a leap in quality, it is crucial for me to go to England and play in the Premier League. I hope I can return stronger than before. The loan deal expires in June but there is the option to remain there for a further year. We shall see."
Fulham have also picked up Aston Villa left-back Nicky Shorey, who has moved to Craven Cottage on loan until the end of the season. Shorey enjoyed a successful loan spell with Championship promotion hopefuls Nottingham Forest earlier this season but returned to Villa following an injury to Stephen Warnock.
Completing a hat-trick of deadline day deals for Fulham is Liverpool youngster Christopher Buchtmann.
Buchtmann joined Liverpool in 2008 from Borussia Dortmund and played a key part in helping Liverpool Under-18s reach the FA Youth Cup final in 2008-09. The 17-year-old, who can play at left-back or in midfield, has signed an 18-month contract at Craven Cottage.
