Tiger adds Pebble Beach to schedule

Tiger Woods has confirmed he will make his PGA Tour debut in 2012 at AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am in February.
Woods has not played the event for a decade, but Pebble Beach is one of his favourite venues as he won the 2000 US Open there by a staggering 15 strokes.
"I'm excited to start my PGA Tour season at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am," Woods said on his website. "AT&T is a great partner to my foundation, and I'm looking forward to playing in this event.
"I haven't been to this tournament lately, but I have a lot of good memories at Pebble. It will be fun going back. It's always been one of my favourite spots."
Woods, who showed signs of a return to form towards the end of 2011 - winning the Chevron World Challenge - will begin his season at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship which starts on January 26.
