Tiger Woods insists he is fully fit as he continues his preparations for the 2012 season.

Woods, who will make his 2012 debut in Abu Dhabi next week, claimed he will never give up on his quest to "know it all" as he looks to regain the form that saw him win 14 majors between 1997 and 2008.

Woods will be looking to build on his victory at the Chevron World Challenge last month, where he snapped a two-year winless streak.

Ahead of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship, Woods was answering questions from his Twitter followers on Friday, and when questioned on his fitness, he replied: "Yes! Ready to go."

Fellow professional Paul Azinger, captain of USA's victorious Ryder Cup team in 2008, got involved in the Q&A session, asking Woods about a line from legend Byron Nelson, who said there were two kinds of players - those that need to know a little and those that need to know it all. Azinger asked: "Which one are you, and why?"

Woods responded: "The latter. How are you going to fix something if you don't know what's wrong?"

In a recent interview with ESPN, Woods slammed former coach Hank Haney, accusing Haney of being "unprofessional" and "self-serving" after writing a book about their time working together.
