- CIMB Classic, Round Two
Tiger continues to stalk leaders in Malaysia

Tiger Woods fired another sub-70 score to remain a strong contender on day two at the CIMB Classic, although he is now five strokes off the pace at the halfway stage.
The former world No. 1 started Friday's play three behind the pace-setter, but while the gap has extended the American will nevertheless be satisfied to have positioned himself for an attack on leader Robert Garrigus over the weekend.
Having posted a 66 in the opening round, Woods followed it with a 67 on day two for a score of nine-under. Four men sit on a higher score on the leaderboard, with Garrigues two clear of Jbe Kruger on 14-under.
Woods played aggressively throughout and controlled his ball well for large parts of the round, conceding two bogeys. He was particularly prolific on the longer holes, birdying all three of the par-fives but will know he has work to do if he is to challenge over the remaining 36 holes.
Garrigus' round ignited at the seventh with a hat-trick of birdies leading into the turn. He picked up six shots in a run of seven holes, then drained two more birdies at 15 and 17 before spoiling his round with a bogey at the last.
Nevertheless, a 64 lifted him clear of Kruger who is on 12-under, while Greg Chalmers and overnight leader Troy Matteson are on 10-under.
Round of the day was produced by Trevor Immelman, who fired a 63 to move to seven-under, alongside Martin Laird, who is the only Brit in the field.
