Justin Rose showed no signs of cracking at the top of the AT&T National leaderboard as he established a four-shot lead over Charlie Wi and Carl Petterson going into the final round.

Rose has been in the form of his career over the past month, winning at the Memorial before dominating for three days at the Travelers Championship, a competition that eventually ended disappointingly for the world No. 35. There appeared to be few signs of repeating that collapse at the Aronimink Golf Club though, where Rose has conceded only two bogeys in 54 holes.

The Briton's third round was less spectacular than his previous day's effort of 64, Rose this time returning to the clubhouse for a three-under-par 67. It was enough to give him an overall score of 10-under for the tournament though, leaving his chasers with plenty of ground to make up on a relatively low-scoring course on Sunday.

Rose started Saturday's round in confident fashion, birdying the first and fifth to put pressure on his rivals. However, things began to unravel at the ninth where he recovered from an awful bunker shot to save par, and he eventually carded a bogey on the 14th. A magnificent approach at the par-three 17th helped erase those struggles, as Rose added his fourth birdie of the day to complete a very satisfying 18 holes of golf.

"I don't regret it because I feel like I'm better for it," Rose said of his final-day capitulation last week. "You know, it happened, I can't deny it. I've kind of learned from it. You've got to ask yourself the right questions after a thing like that and get on with it."

Wi's round of 70 was far more erratic as he too lost his way after the turn. The Korean followed two birdies on the front nine with a bogey at the 10th and a double-bogey at the 14th, before a further dropped shot at the 17th saw him lose even further ground.

Swede Carl Petterson is tied with Wi on six-under after he produced the round of the day. Petterson hit a five-under 65, including six birdies, to suggest he could be the biggest danger to Rose's superiority as the event draws to a conclusion.

Jeff Overton sits a stroke further back on five-under, while Ryan Moore is placed on four-under alongside Jason Day, who failed to keep pace with Rose as he carded a disappointing two-over 72. Day's round capitulated at the turn, where he hit three bogeys in six holes.

Elsewhere, world No. 1 Tiger Woods endured yet another disappointing day, finishing with a level-par 70 to leave him on three-over. Woods is yet to break par all week, and he begins the final round 13 shots behind Rose.
