Kimi Raikkonen is sure Lotus will have the chance to beat Red Bull to race victories again this season despite Sebastian Vettel's recent dominance.

Vettel has won the last three races and displayed remarkable pace in Singapore as he won by over 32 seconds despite a mid-race safety car period. However, Raikkonen doesn't believe Red Bull will be unbeatable for the rest of this year and is hopeful that the upcoming circuits will close the field up at the front.

"We beat them before this season and I'm sure there's hopefully a chance to beat them later again," Raikkonen said. "Obviously they've been pretty strong in the last few races but we'll try and see what happens.

"They've been strong all year. For sure they had a few races when they were probably not as strong as some people expected but lately they've been very strong. Hopefully with us going to more normal circuits it will level out a bit."

Raikkonen also dismissed any fears that he wouldn't be able to race this weekend following his back problems in Singapore.

"I wouldn't be here if I wasn't racing, it would be pointless to come here if I didn't think I would race. Obviously tomorrow we'll see how it is; right now it's OK but it's always difficult to say until we drive and find out how it is, but I don't think it should be a problem.

"It isn't the first time and I'm sure it's not going to be the last time. It's something that I've been dealing with for a long, long time and sometimes it gets bad and sometimes not."
