Race stewards have decided not to penalise Lewis Hamilton after the McLaren driver appeared to delay Felipe Massa during his out-lap in Q2 in Abu Dhabi.

It means that Hamilton will start from second on the grid, keeping his slim chances of winning the drivers title alive.

Lewis Hamilton's slim championship hopes are still alive after stewards decided not to penalise him on Saturday night.

Hamilton was heard to say on his car to pits radio that he thought it had been Massa's fault, but the Brazilian had a different view, branding Hamilton 'crazy'.

"On my last out lap, I came up behind so much traffic and it was all very confusing, especially as Hamilton, who was ahead of me, had slowed a lot at Turn 14," said Massa.
