Second round postponed at Bob Hope Classic after heavy rain

The second round of the Bob Hope Classic has been postponed after heavy rain made the course unplayable.
PGA Tour officials originally pushed back the start of Thursday's play by two hours, but after more than an inch of rain fell, the decision was made to postpone until Friday.
It is the first time in 30 years that a round was postponed or suspended due to rain at the event. There is a 90% chance of rain on Friday.
American Shane Bertsch leads the field by two shots after the first round, enjoying a bogeyless ten-under 62. Alex Prugh and Jeff Quinney share second place, while England's Justin Rose is eight shots off the lead after a first-round 70.
